We currently accept Amex, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, and Visa; all transactions will be placed in USD.

Should your card be issued by a local bank and not carry one of these logos, it will not be accepted by our global processing service. In these instances, we recommend using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal as a simple alternative. 

We currently accept payments from credit and debit cards issued in the United States only.

Important note to US shoppers: When entering your details, your billing name and address must match the information on the card used for payment. This is for your security and to prevent fraud. At Serpentine, we reserve the right to cancel orders that don’t meet this criteria.

When you purchase goods from the Serpentine Yoga Store, all payments are made via a secure server from our partner, Stripe, a global leader in payment providers. They use best-in-class security tools and practices to protect your financial data. Please note that none of your banking information is transmitted via the Serpentine Yoga website.

How can I access my invoice?

Once you have purchased from the Serpentine Yoga Online Shop, your invoice will be attached to the confirmation email you receive.
