What are my payment options?

Credit & Debit Cards

We currently accept Mastercard and Visa, all the transactions will be placed in USD. Should your card be issued by a local bank and not carry one of these logos, it will not be accepted by our global processing service. In these instances, we recommend using Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal as a simple alternative. 

We accept credit cards from the following countries:

Important note to US shoppers: When entering your details, your billing name and address must match the information on the card used for payment. This is for your own security and to prevent instances of fraud. At Serpentine, we reserve the right to cancel orders that don’t meet this criteria.

These are easy-to-use options for customers who don’t have credit cards issued by previously-mentioned vendors. You can choose to use a variety of payment methods through your accounts to make your purchase. When you get to the check-out page, simply use our single-click express feature.

How do you ensure a secure payment?

When you purchase goods from the Serpentine Store, all payments are made via a secure server from our partner, Stripe, a global leader payment provider. They use best-in-class security tools and practices to protect your financial data. Please note that none of your banking information is transmitted via the Serpentine website.

How can I access my invoice?

Once you have made a purchase at Serpentine Online Shop, your invoice will be attached to the confirmation email you receive.
