At Serpentine, we use only express courier services to ensure our shipments are trackable and delivered on time. We never use a postal service.

Shipping is currently available only within the United States.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and the average delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on your region. Keep in mind that times may vary depending on our courier partners and busy seasons.
How much does Serpentine shipping cost?
The cost of our shipping is $5.00 USD independent of how many pieces you order. At all times, we aim to offer you the lowest possible shipping cost while ensuring you receive your order quickly and securely.
How can I track my order?
Once you have completed an order with Serpentine, you will receive a unique tracking link. This will be available in the email you receive from us, which will also confirm the shipment of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you have placed an order with us at Serpentine, we regretfully cannot modify or cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience that this issue may cause you.
Can I return a Serpentine product?
You can return or exchange all or part of your order within seven days of your final delivery date, should the following criteria apply:
- You received an incorrect order.
- The item you ordered is broken or flawed.
So long as the above criteria is met, you will receive a refund for the returned products, as well as the delivery costs that you incurred (except in the case of a partial return). On the other hand, you can exchange the incorrect/damaged product for the same product in perfect condition.

How can I exchange a Serpentine product?
We do not accept product exchange.
Serpentine reserves the right to refuse or limit returns and exchanges from a customer at any time due to an excessive or irregular return record.
How does a refund work?
When your return has been processed, you will receive a refund in the original form of payment. It may take 10-15 business days for this to show on your bank statements.
Unclaimed Shipping
Should the shipping provider return a product to Serpentine without us assuming fault (for example, providing an insufficient address or unclaimed shipping), we will contact you to ask for any information we require, such as your correct/complete address to reship the product. In these cases, you will be liable for the re-shipping costs of the product.
If we reach out to you and don’t hear back within 7 days of your product's return, we won’t be able to reship your order. In that case, your order will be canceled automatically, and no further action will be required on your part.
